2016 Coonawarra Shiraz
Huon Hooke (huon.hooke.com)
92 Points - Deep, bright red/purple hue. Spicy and oak-tinged aromas predominate, the palate medium-bodied and lively, refreshing and crisp but not high in acid. Lovely freshness and brightness. Red fruits more than dark. Very good line. A fine wine. (920 bottles) 30/3/2018

93 Points - This graceful take on Coonawarra shiraz captures the texture and freshness of the region's signature limestone, expressed articulately through the deep roots of old vines. Succulent blueberry, blackberry and satsuma plum fruit carries long and true with bright finesse, underlined confidently by finely structured, chalk mineral tannins. Impressive.
