100% Shiraz coming from both Ebenezer and Greenock in the Northern and North Western Barossa. Handpicked, hand sorted, destemmed, and open fermented before spending 18 days on skins. Matured for 20 months in a blend of new and second use French oak before being bottled in December 2017.

The wine is dark red tinged with purple. Classic northern Barossa, dark fruits, earth, smoked meat, full bodied, with substantial tannins providing backbone and potential longevity in the cellar. A wine that will age very well but is drinking well on release.
