How it works

Choose your Membership

Choose your Membership Experience by selecting your preferred option, whether it be a quarterly Regional Pack for daily drinking, a twice yearly super premium Vineyard Series Pack, or you choose to select your own wines, with a Custom Pack.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY of your WINEs

You will receive your first pack within 2 weeks of confirming your subscription by purchasing your preferred option. Subsequent deliveries will be in accordance with the pack schedule (March and October for Vineyard Series Pack, quarterly for the Regional Pack or as required for the Custom Pack). Your chosen option will be delivered to your door. Prior to delivery your entered card will be charged. You can maintain your details at anytime via your secure account on our website.

Would you prefer to select your own wines? Why not make up your own custom pack of Hayes Family Wines?
After your first purchase of 12 bottles of your favourite wines, you order what you would like, when you would like it and we’ll deliver it to your door.

After your initial delivery of 12 bottles, you can take deliveries at a time that you choose. You can order via our website with your club discount code, but you must take a minimum 24 bottles in any given year to remain a member.

- I agree to receive 2 deliveries of wine per year as long as I remain a member and that this will be charged to the credit card supplied. - There is no cost to join the Hayes Family Wines Club and you receive a 15% discount off all products (includes wines and experiences) from the day you join. - We ask that you commit to 2 automatic deliveries of your chosen wine pack in the first year, and invite you to stay on to continue receiving exclusive member benefits. - Reminders will be sent prior to scheduled deliveries, allowing you to update or amend your details as required. - Additional orders may be placed at any time during the year and your 15% discount will apply. - If you choose to postpone a delivery due to a change in circumstances, we ask that you notify us in writing (up to 2 weeks prior to scheduled delivery). - If you choose to cancel membership after your 2 automatic deliveries, we require that you notify us in writing (up to 2 weeks prior to scheduled delivery). - Wines will be sent via Australia Post and tracking is available with all deliveries. Delivery will be within 3-10 working days of dispatch. - You must be at least 18 years of age to join the Hayes Family Wines Club.
