60% Cabernet Sauvignon / 40% Shiraz coming from Ebenezer in the Northern and North Western Barossa. Handpicked, hand sorted, destemmed, and open fermented before spending 14 days on skins. Matured for 23 months in second use French oak before being bottled in March 2018.

The wine is incredibly deep, dark purple. Classic northern Barossa, dark fruits, earth, full bodied, with substantial tannins providing backbone and potential longevity in the cellar. A wine that will age very well but definitely one for lovers of bigger style reds.
