The wine is deep red tinged with purple. Classic northern Barossa flavours, dark fruits, earth, smoked meat, medium to full bodied but with a softness reflective of the milder weather we experienced in the 2017 vintage growing season. Substantial tannins provide a backbone that will support medium term cellaring. A wine that will age, but is drinking well now on release
