A blend of old vine Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro grown in the Northern Barossa Sub-regions of Greenock and Ebenezer. Matured for 10 months in a mix of older (Mataro and Grenache) and new (Shiraz) French oak, before being blended and bottled in February 2018.

A classic Barossa blend of the traditional Barossa Valley Varieties bottled in 500ml bottles for weeknight enjoyment. This wine brings the fresh red fruits and perfume of Grenache, the body and fruit weight of Shiraz, and the earthy savouriness of the Mataro. A wine that is drinking very well on release that will suit a range of foods.

Technical Details: Alc 14.0%. 2150 500ml bottles filled.

Cellaring: 5 years plus

Serve: This wine will match well with a variety of meat-based dishes, game and goes perfectly with a wide range of Italian dishes such as pasta and pizza.
