1972 ‘Rare’ Muscat Batch 1
TASTING NOTE
Drinking just beautifully on release. This Muscat has everything you could possibly desire in a fortified, incredible depth of flavour, length with incredible age. Sweet yes, but finishes clean almost refreshing. A wonderful wine to savour by yourself or with truly special people.

Reviews
1972 ‘RARE’ Rutherglen MUSCAT Batch 1
THE REAL REVIEW - Aaron Brasher
96 Points - Dark tawny-brown in colour, with khaki highlights. Complex aromas of raisin, toffee, pudding spice, dark chocolate, fish oil and brownie. Luscious, mouth-filling and powerful in flavour. There's real concentration and layers of flavour here, all backed up by some bright acidity that keeps the decadent fruit in check. Very smart drinking 15 Feb 2025
