Barossa Valley MATARO
Mataro (aka Mourvèdre) is one of the foundation red varieties of the Barossa. First plantings date from the 1840s. Some of these vines continue to flourish to this day. The savoury cousin, Mataro is made for food, Mediterranean to this day.
