The Semillon is light straw tinged with green. Extraordinarily fresh and bright in its youth. Beautiful spring nose featuring lemon and lime. A wonderful wine to enjoy over the warmer months but with enough structure to handle a few years in the cellar should you desire.
From our micro block of rhone white varietals, Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Marsanne grown on our Certified Organic Estate Vineyard in Stone Well in the Western Barossa Valley. This block of a mere 400 vines performed extremely well in the wonderful 2025 vintage, but once again, a small crop with less than 200 bottles produced.
This wine is bright, lifted florals, stone fruits, medium bodied and quite textural. Light in alcohol and all the better for it. A wine that is drinking very well on release and a perfect match for richer seafood and lighter meat dishes.
Once again, this block has over delivered on quality. If only there was more
Our bottle fermented Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir grapes (and hence the name Blanc de Noirs). The Pinot Noir we source for this wine comes from the old Seppelts Partalunga Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. This vineyard produces extraordinary fruit that not only has wonderful flavours for still red pinot noir, but when picked early retains its natural acidity which is a hallmark of great Sparkling wines.
The new release 2022 Blanc de Noirs was disgorged in October 2024. This disgorgement is extraordinarily fresh and just jumps out of the glass. Slightly more weight and body then the fruity 2021 Vintage. A wine that will drink well now, in a year or many more.
